Second home buyer query

Hi folks,

I have a home with mortgage in another country and trying to buy a home here to stay . I think I will not be able to qualify as a first time buyer but how much deposit should I have ? Is it the same 10% . I tried searching but there were contradicting answers . Some say I need 10 but other says I need 20% . Which is the right answer?
