Aldi Pepper Jack Cheese

Has anyone had a reaction to the Aldi brand pre sliced pepper jack cheese??

I have never had a reaction to it until yesterday. I ate a grilled cheese and eventually felt incredibly sick. I have been working long hours at work so just assumed that I’m burnt out.

Fast forward to today, I ate a sandwich with this cheese for lunch…. (Stupid I know). I since have thrown up, look 8 months pregnant with bloat and am miserable. Did something change with the production of this cheese? Or what’s up? I was diagnosed with celiac one year ago, so I am still fairly new but have done a great job navigating this new lifestyle.
