Does anyone here have Sensory Processing Disorder that compounds their migraines?

My therapist thinks I might have SPD (and had it all my life) on top of ADHD I was diagnosed with as a young child. I originally was wondering if I had autism because of my severe sensory problems, but he suggested that SPD might fit better due to my social-related issues being different from ASD. My sensory sensitivities extend way beyond just the normal for migraine, but it feels like it all bleeds together now that my migraines are worse. If I do have SPD, my therapist thinks we might be able to find sensory integration therapy for adults, and I'm wondering if that will make my migraines better!

SPD is controversial because it overlaps so much with ADHD/ASD, but it definitely describes my experience in a way ADHD alone does not, and you can get occupational therapy for it. Just wondering if anyone else here has it, or has ASD/ADHD and severe sensory issues beyond migraine light and sound sensitivity.
