Tracking number shows personal name instead of business name

I created a shipping label with my business name and address but when clicking the tracking number, it brings to the tracking page that has my full name instead of the business name. I changed my name to the business name on my profile and it didn’t fix it. UPS customer service email says they can’t help via email and to call a number that is not even in service. If there is anyone kind enough to offer their expertise you are so very much appreciated!
