AW Ranged Necro or Chains of command AG? Which is more tanky for HC

title says it. Im currently leveling as AW Ranged, but im eyeing chains of command and wondering. I really dislike the summon of ranged weapons. And ranged in general, as they lag behind, so i constantly have to convoke.

i figure chains weapons will seek out mobs and i wont have to convoke all the time, plus they last indefinitely.

thoughts?
