Not-real?

Hi there, 30f here. Does anyone else have periods where they don’t feel real? Sometimes I feel like I’m a side character in my own story and when I disappear I don’t matter and people go on. Recently I’ve delved into my hyper sexual period and just find myself wanting to please and then being tossed away after and I feel nothing with it because I already knew I didn’t matter. None of this makes me sad, I just feel numb like it’s something that’s supposed to happen.
