Ideas for doorbell 2 way communication.

So i have a shelly wall display running HA. It works as my central hub and i will add a tapo doorbell.

I want to be able to speak from the shelly wall display. Im not sure if it has microphone and speakers, atleast i dont see it on entities.

What piece of hardware can i have that can work this way? Displays audio from the vídeo feed and be able to speak through it.

Maybe a amazon alexa echo? What else can i do?
