Instalove with second chance component - high spice.

I’m looking for the corny! Where’s the instalove but second chance books at? By second chance I mean he knows her from years previous/as a child and never saw her in that way. Previous bully or popular guy vibes is fine. Then years later he spots her and is knocked off his feet. Ideally- she is confident and happy with who she is. If she was someone who was picked on for whatever reason, she found her niche and loves herself now.

So he sees her and is all in. I want a guy who is highly, highly attracted to who she is now. Ideally, he has no intention of letting her slip through his fingers and is loud and proud about his claiming.

She can have bad feelings/positive/neutral about him.

So far the only thing I can think of is SJ Tilly- Smokey Darling that hits this vibe.
