Hey all, in light of this unending cough I've been dealing with, I've had to keep my speaking to a minimum. So Apologies in advance for the somewhat short talking bit in this post. In the audio, I do a quick check in for hydration, meds, and some personal hygeine. I ask you to breath with me, deep and smooth, and then play a quick focus game where you describe something that you see.
