The amount of people defending leavers on this sub is insane

Seriously like every thread about it is just downvoted and full of people defending why leaving is okay actually and why we shouldn't have higher penalties against people leaving.

I see this excuse so often about how '' oh but power outage, my kid woke up, mom said dinner is ready '' etc etc.
Okay, so we shouldn't have penalties because you may be inconvenienced sometimes?
Punishments just shouldn't exist or be higher because sometimes someone who didn't deserve it might be affected?
How often do you have power outages?...
Because at worst it might happen once or twice, if it happens often then you quite frankly shouldn't be playing this game with other people to begin with.

It's also clearly not what's happening, I really doubt that people have power outages or just HAVE to leave so frequently.
And I fail to see why everyone should have to suffer because you're a parent or mom said dinner is ready, if you're a parent or started playing around dinner time you kinda just have to take the L.
We shouldn't enable bad faith leavers just because you might be inconvenienced occasionally by it.

Like it feels like people are so damn entitled and self-centered and don't respect other peoples time or consider other people at all.
Even in MMO's I see this where people join groups clearly stating to bring time and they just join for 2 pulls then are out of time and you're back to looking for replacements it's not even like this is a Nightreign specific issues it's a player issue and it drives me insane watching so many people defend the behavior or fight back against solutions because they might get penalized occasionally because of their bad luck or poor planning...
