Help!

Hello! So I just received my VA decision letter for disability. It explicitly states that they are NOT service-connecting my disability and that my claim has been denied (I am already planning on going through the appeal process hoopla). However, when I went to apply for health benefits, it was written clear as day on the website that I DO have a service connected disability rated at 0%. I know that 0% disability and claim denial are VERY different things. Lol. 😅 Has this ever happened to anyone else? I would assume the letter takes precedence, and the website info could be a clerical error, but I was just curious!
