How do you drink cholestyramine?

Honestly I tried it today for the first time since it was prescribed to me a month ago. The D would not stop today no matter what I eat or dont eat, so I decided to pull the plug on cholestyramine. I am trying to avoid the meds but I guess its not possible

It says to mix it in 2-6 oz of water, I think i had like 2 oz in the glass and it tasted like i swallowed a bunch of sand. I almost threw up and didnt even finish the whole thing 😭
