Deadly HighwayMan Outfit Token Not Working On Ironman/GIM

I recently purchased the Deadly Highwayman outfit token (Master) from the GE for 50m. I am a group ironman and went to redeem it. The game tells me I already have this outfit, however it is nowhere to be found in my customization menu under owned and unowned. Can we please have this fixed as it is also a reward from the Santa present.
