Is there any chance?

I am a Non-Visa-Requiring IMG, YOG 2024, step 1 pass ,step 2 263, sitting at zero interview. I got ECFMG certified at the end of October. is that the reason i am not getting any interview? I have tried sending LOI but all in vain. What are my chances?
