A Team Applicance Repair is a scam!

Stay away from A Team Applicance Repair!!

About a month ago my microwave stopped working, and instead of buying a new one right away I wanted to do the responsible thing and try to repair it. Well, they came and weren't able to fix it on site, so they took it to their "lab." I paid about $500 up front for this, which included the diagnostic fee, the cost of labour and the cost of the part they were allegedly ordering for me.

Since then it's been nothing but delays. Every time I get one excuse after another. They tell me they'll call with updates, and they never do. When I call, they claim it'll just be a few more days. Next week, same thing. I ask to speak to a manager, they say they'll call me back, and they don't. Then the other day, they called and said it was ready and would be here on Monday. Well, today's Monday and they aren't here, so we called -- oh no, we meant *next* Monday!

I couldn't believe how awful their service has been so I did a bit more research online and was unsurprised to find dozens of similar stories. These people are a bunch of fucking liars. They have stolen my microwave and I'm out $500. Don't make the same mistake as me.
