I 18M and My 18F friend made out and now things have gotten weird between us

So my friend and I have known each other since we started high school. I always found her attractive, but she had a boyfriend back then, so I didn’t try anything. By the time they broke up, I valued her so much as a friend that I didn’t want to cross any lines, and honestly, the attraction had kind of faded. She’s also the only person who knows that I’m bisexual (she’s bi as well). So we have always been super close. We’ve always been super open with each other and could talk about anything.

Then one day, I missed the bus from school to home. She asked if I wanted to grab some burgers with her, and afterward she suggested we go to her place to try some ice cream she had. I said yes (I’d been there before). After the ice cream, we lay down on her bed since her apartment is small and her mom was in the kitchen. That wasn’t unusual for us. But we started cuddling a bit, and one thing led to another—we started kissing. It just kind of happened. It lasted about 30 minutes and got pretty intimate, but there was no sex.

This was a couple of months after she and her ex broke up, and she had recently started seeing a new guy. Nothing serious, just casual. Fast forward a few days: we went to a party together, and she was VERY flirty the entire night. It started with her putting on lip gloss and making kisses at me, then backing her ass up on me, and getting in my face like she was about to kiss me. At one point, she grabbed my hand and started leading me to the bathroom, but it was occupied so nothing happened.

I’m just confused. She was all over me the whole night, but she never actually kissed me, even though it really seemed like she was going to. In my drunk state, I convinced myself she was just messing with me, and that annoyed me. I went for a walk to cool off, and when I came back the party was basically over and I didn’t see her again.

It’s been a couple of days now and we haven’t spoken since the party. I’m confused about what I want, I have no idea what she wants, and I’m worried I might have messed up the friendship.
