Torn Recruiter - A Job Board for Directors & Job Seekers

Hey everyone, from my discussions with my faction members, directors and friends I've realized that one of the most challenging parts about companies is finding good employees (or a good company to work for).

To help with this, I've created a job board specifically for Torn called Torn Recruiter. The goal is to make employee and job hunting as painless as possible.

Key Features

For Directors:

• Post your company listing with specific positions and stat requirements
• Filter job seekers by EE merits, working stats, activity level, and more
• Add "Affiliates" - let co-directors, recruiters, or trusted members help manage your listing and be the point of contact
• Indicate if you're providing or selling trains

For Job Seekers:

• Create a profile showcasing your stats (auto-pulled from API)
• Set your preferences: company types, minimum star rating, activity level
• Browse hiring companies and filter by what you are looking for

The site just went live today, so we're building up listings. The more people who join, the more useful it becomes for everyone!
