HELP!!

Hey Guys

So I've been gifted (from my dad) the old Votann combat patrol, along with an extra kahl and an arcanist evaluator. I would really like to expand this into a playable 1000, and then 2000, point list. The trouble is, I'm not too sure what detachments would be what I would like to lean into (maybe the vehicle one? - is there one based on the bikes?), or what units I should think about getting next.

Please can you give me any advice/ purchase recommendations, and also what you would recommend detachment wise with what I already have?

Thanks!
