Can fin or dut increase the density without shedding by prolonging the anagen fase

What do you guys think, can a hair just keep getting longer with fin or dut without a shed? So the hair is intermediate like 4 cm but with fin or dut it can become 10 cm again, without shedding and getting thicker first.
