When does it start to get good?

So I'm 4 eps in, and I'm not enjoying it as much as I thought I would. Ofc there's Greggory House who is so obnoxious, I know that's meant to be the point but it doesn't make it any less unpleasant.

But on top of that, there are so many leaps my suspension of disbelief has to take based on how this hospital is run.

There's not much in terms of character and emotion yet, but it's the first few seasons so im willing to forgive that.

Should I continue? Or is this show just not for me?
