Who should I invest Lattice into?

Currently considering these units: Tiamat - 1/1/5 Rahu - 4/5/1 Heinrich - 1/1/1 Fuqiu- 1/1/1 Mio - 4/3/3 Plume - 5/1/2 Raymerry - 1/5/5 Aya - 1/1/1 DokiDoki - 1/1/1 Holden - 1/1/5 Freya - 1/1/1 Kokardi - 1/1/1 LDiting - 1/1/5 Nahor - 1/1/1 Celince - 1/1/1

I feel like Aya or DokiDoki should be my next investments so I have actually decent counters to cc in PVP but can’t decide. Obviously there is the option of waiting for next units to come out.
