Dad looking for an easy to-pick-up game

Hi guys, I’m a dad to a two year old daughter and in May next year we will have our second child. This Black Friday I treated myself a Playstation Portal, for when the wife occupies our tv. Anyone has any easy to pick up game with not too advanced controller and not to much story/cutscenes. Sometimes a couple of weeks can pass before I game again. My taste in game differs but recently I have played these games and enjoyed them all.

Satisfactory (takes a bit to much time but I like it) God of war God of war Ragnarök Clair Obscur 33 The witcher 3 (coming back to this again and again and have to remind myself what I have done before and learn the moves again but love it)
