UofT Application With IB and GPA

I'm a student from Turkey and I'm kind of stressed. I started taking the IB course a month ago and the predicted grade works in a weird way. Teachers give predicted grades based on your performance and your overall grades out of 100. However people tell me that you need a 93 or 95 out of 100 GPA to have a chance at getting into UofT. I'm wondering is it possible to only apply with predicted and SAT scores? Because if I am applying with the GPA 9th and 10th grade's overalls also affect it.
