Genre or Game similar to Fighting Games?

Hello! I have in the past really enjoyed single player fighting games/solo parts of fighting games. (Super Smash Bros and DBZ campaigns).

However, I recognize that the fighting genre may not be completely solo-friendly (which makes sense).

Is there a single player genre that would scratch the solo fighting game itch? Or a fighting game that does solo particularly well? (Doesn’t have to be a campaign, I am a fan of good CPU players in arena-style).

Thank you for any information!
