2 IVs chances

Hello everyone,

I hope all is well,

I have 2IVs in internal medicine. I need to know two things and I know it is hard to answer:

1. How to best prepare for an interview in a month? Like best resources and tips

2. What would my chances be of matching and how do I maximize them? Like does a good interview lead to a match?

I would be very grateful if you could help me out in this as this is my first time applying and I am a bit clueless
