Moza r3 FFB/general issues on xbox

i ordered my moza r3 in early october 2025. Since then i ran it for about two weeks with no issues before packing it up and not using it for about another 3 weeks. I recently put it up again and it worked well for about a week.

then about three days ago i started getting weird issues, such as the wheel centering upside down, and it randomly switching to PC mode (im on xbox) and loss of ffb (the first two have been fixed).

Now the only issue is the FFB. I have tried everything from in game and app settings, recalibrations, restarts, unplugging everything, switching ports. Nothings working. I also have a blue light flashing from the base where the power supply plugs in. There is no FFB at all across all my games and both of my consoles, which are different gens.

the only good info i've found where that the blue light may indicate the base updating or being in boot mode. I've also seen on mozas website that there could be a problem with the power supply.

i dont have a pc so i cant really access the pit house.

My question is: has anybody got a similar issue and fixed it? should i reach out to moza/where i bought it from, or should i try to contact somebody who has a pc and try to do a reset on there?
