Qantas Reimbursement Website

Is the Qantas Reimbursement website just intentionally broken?

I was one of the lovely diversions from MEL on Friday night. I've attempted to claim reimbursement of my expenses multiple times, but every time I try to complete the form, it displays a 'technical error' message. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, just out of interest, before I sacrifice my sanity to the standardised ex/current government venture hold music that they use?
