PDC Hot Tub Cover Help/Recommendations?

I'm helping someone who has a PDC barbados model hot tub and was sold the HCOWS-94-SQ cover by the dealer.

It broke after less than a year, we think due to water weight from rain, and haven't been able to get the dealer or company to do anything. It also seems too big - there is a large overhang and it doesn't fit snugly. Both said that this cover is the only option.

Does anyone have recommendations for what to get? Do we just have to measure and buy a random brand and hope it fits correctly?
