I hear a constant buzzing sound from my headphones when playing [java]

Hi, i recently bought a new computer and i started playing minecraft with some mods. When i use any kind of head or earphones i hear a buzzing sound that seem also to change based on what im looking at (if i look at the sky its more high pitch, if i look at the ground its lower pitch) i thought the issue could have been the mods but it seems to happen also when im playing pure vanilla. Its really annoying, is there any sort of fix to this?
