I've seen some people criticizing Aza's character, saying she's cringe, but I think that's the point of the character.

The whole point of her character is this "tough" and edgy shell she's created for herself. And it's not for the players to see her that way, but rather as a joke.

There's a dialogue that makes this clear to me, when Tristan asks her what someone like him should do to join her cult, and she says he'd have to eat something really disgusting that I don't remember the name of, then she corrects herself, exaggerating the number of things to seem as tough as possible. She's an idiot, and that's why I love her.
