Feedback on iv interaction
Hey everyone, I had a psych interview today, 5 interviews of 20 minutes each. The interview with the PD was perfect, it was definitely the best interaction I’ve had this season so far. With the residents, I would say it was an 8/10. But with one of the faculty, a very nice person who seemed very interest in my story, at the end of the iv, he gave me a feedback about my English, saying that sometimes I speak too fast and it was hard for him to understand me at times so for next interviews I should slow down.
He’s not wrong, since I was very excited and of course a little anxious during the interview. Do you think a situation like this could be a huge red flag? My English is overall good, but this does happen sometimes, and he is right. I appreciate him mentioning it and his concern, but since this is my top program, I got a little upset with myself.
Also, the other 3 interviews were good.
Any words about it? Thanks
