Veterinary Suggestions With Limited Resources

A friend of mine is reaching out to me for antibiotics for his sick cats, however, I think they will need information on a vet clinic that can best diagnose and determine the course of treatment. They report the cats have a dry nose and diarrhea. Sounds like they may have eaten something not agree with them. Suggestions for a vet that is reasonable as they are between jobs and money is tight.
