Step 1 in 3 weeks

Exam coming in up in 3 weeks. I still have to go over micro, pharma and immunology - planning to do this in next 1 week. Have not done any NMBE. In so many words, I’m basically screwed and completely spiralling. Please advise if I should continue FA right now or focus on NMBE/Uworld?
