I always, without fail, disappont everyone around me. My family, friends, coworkers, strangers, everyone. I never do anything right and I always fuck everything up no matter how much I prepare or howany times I fail I never do anything right.

I always bother everyone with my stupid problems. I always push them away and I make them worry about me and make them sad and stressed. But I still do it because I'm just an attention seeking retard who is just unable to process anything on my own. I always make people worry about me for no good reason.
I cant do fucking anything on my own.

I can't fucking believe Im still acting like a child. Even after all these fucking years I’ve done no growth at all. Its absolutely pathetic and disgusting that I'm like this. I'm just an awful person to everyone around me. None of my friends ever wanted to be around me or talk to me I always had to initiate conversations. Because they never wanted to do any around me because I'm a mentally unstable retard. I feel so awful for subjecting them or anyone to my existence.

I just want to be in my room and never leave again. It'll make everyone happier.
Whywhy why whywhy do I do this. Why cant I be a different person. Why do I have this brain. I barely feel human at this point

I’m sorry for posting this garbage im sorry for doing nothing useful

I dont deserve kindness or anything. I’m genuinely a terrible person
