Question about preventing cancer

I have a very specific question I don’t know where to ask. At least until I can see my doctor. If someone wants to try to avoid cancer, in my case we have a strong family history of breast and endometrial cancer, let’s say I have a hysterectomy and mastectomy to prevent getting cancer in these areas. Or does that cause the cancer to go somewhere else, idk let’s say for the sake of example it would go to my stomach or brain since I removed these body parts. I know this question may sound bizarre, please just provide any knowledge possible. My mother had cancer first in her 30s and is now dying at the young age of 55, so I am doing everything in my power (although I know you can’t completely avoid cancer).
