Rash, bone pain, vomiting

Hi there, so for context me F19; I’m currently having gastro problems already that have occurred in the past month (alongside I have adenomyosis), and I’m vomiting most days, but recently I’ve noticed these little rashes/spots popping up, kinda petechial and they’re in really random places like my breast and thighs; I’ve also been really physically ill recently and I’m exhausted from it. I’m wondering if it could be anything that I need to be worried about? I’ve had a gastroscopy so that’s being checked but I’m worried about the rashes, bone pains and fatigue but it’s notoriously hard to get an appointment right now so I was wondering if it’s just me overthinking or if it’s something I should definitely go get checked out.
