What would happen if John accidentally killed an innocent person during his shootouts with other assassins

For example imagine if he’s shooting back at other assassins then a random innocent person comes out of nowhere and John shoots them in the head what would happen would he get killed by the high table for not following their rules or what do you think would happen ?
