OAXACA MEETUP Language Exchange, Karaoke, and Game Nights This Week!

Hey r/oaxaca and travelers ,I wanted to drop a quick recommendation for anyone looking to meet people and practice languages this week. I organize the Oaxaca Language Exchange . This isn't a class; it's genuinely a friendly, inclusive hangout where locals are the core of the practice. We welcome everyone, regardless of where you're from, to come connect and talk.

TThe lineup is packed this week! Wednesday at Aloha Tiki Bar (Valentín Gómez Farias 220, Centro), where you can grab a signature cocktail and stick around for Karaoke at 9 PM. Thursday is at Wombat Cafe (Mártires de Tacubaya 517, Centro),featuring great conversation and great drink deals before the Karaoke begins. Finally, Saturday is Game Night at Aloha Tiki Bar —we'll have ping pong, foosball, and arcades to make it easy to break the ice and practice your Spanish with fellow travelers and locals!

The event is FREE to join! We just ask that you support the venue by buying a drink. This is how we keep the space open for everyone.

Note on Time: All events start at 6:00 p.m. sharp unless I announce a change on the social media profile. Come solo! It’s easy to jump right into a conversation.
