WFA Letters… how are they sent?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering for WFA letters how do we receive them? I am on vacation and I am worried that they will send it on my work email or mail them and I might miss some sort of deadline. Sorry if this is a dumb question, it’s just my anxiety is on the high.
