Build question

I would greately appreciate some advice. I started as a kinetic blast but swapped to fussilade later (as an int stacker) on as it felt more fun. I did some bosses but those still feel much more tanky and I still feel very squishy. Im dying in t16 maps from time to time but still too often to normally progress from 91 to 92 and beyond.

Could you tell me which item should I upgrade or change for either more dmg or more survivability? Or maybe should I dump the int stacking for some other variant? I cant afford int stacking amulet and rings. My budget rn is like 3 divs 😅
