UPS Access Point Rerouted

I checked the tracking on an online order that was shipped for pickup at a nearby UPS store access point and it now says:

"The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.

The receiver requested the package be rerouted to an alternate location for customer pickup"

I didn't personally request this, is there a reason the UPS Store would have? The new Access Point listed is at a CVS down the street.
