Help with choosing the right camera for Christmas present

I’m wanting to get a camera for my fiancé, but keep my budget around $1,300 (maybe 1,500). She wants to use it for mainly vlogging and some photography (I’ve had many cameras in the past and sold them so I reckon I’ll borrow it for photography often). Here is where I’m at with choices. Please give me some insight or your experience. If yall are aware of deals please let me know!

Sony a6400 - great photos but no IBIS, 8 bit, rolling shutter issues, small battery, not great kit lens, outdated

Sony a6700 (dream camera) has everything I could ever want or need just out of budget

Sony a7c Mark i - cheaper full frame secondhand and can buy whatever lens I want but is still 8 bit and is outdated

Canon G7X im inbetween this and the V1, both are overpriced for what they are lol they both have their issues and fixed lens

DJI pocket osmo 3 - good for vlogs but quality is mid tier
