Background Check Nerves

Okay before anyone says I told you so’s. I understand that I should have been honest about a job from 5 years ago as it made no difference in my hiring process. I put in semi inaccurate information by 3 months on my resume and to First Advantage and like suspected they were not able to get in touch with my old employer. It was a covid right out of college job and the company was brand new I doubt they even have my info still.

So first advantage contacted me and asked me to confirm details myself. Unfortunately I only have my W2 from one of the years not the other I said I worked 3 months into where I was assisting the property with some things but not formally employed because I quit to have more time to find a new job. I contacted my former supervisor who let me know she’d vouch for my details in email and phone call if needed. Am I screwed? This is a dream job of mine and I’m wondering if I should just be honest, not sure what do and need some advice.
