Railway Troubles

I'm having some issues with my railway. I'm new to this tier and block/path signals are very confusing. Hoping someone can help out, watched some videos about it but still do not quite get it.

On this map the yellow boxes are my block signals. The one on the left is going out of the station (north), the one on the top is going in to the station, and the one on the bottom is also going in to the station (all the lights are facing the rail line going into the station).

I'm trying to get it where bottom train can queue up at that light, wait for top train to deliver, then it delivers and follows top train's line to where it splits off and back to its line.

Any pointers would be welcome.
