Tamekomu Merchandise Collection App- Progress Report

Other ➕

I have a growing collection of anime goods and one thing I always wanted was a way to track it all. I thought about using a spreadsheet or photo album but it didn't seem easy and lacked lots of info about the actual items, so I decided to try building a webapp.

Tamekomu
This is a work in progress and far from polished. I am looking to get input on features people would want to see in the future or how the app should work to make it easy for users.

Here is what the app can do:
Upload merchandise you own and the app will automatically detect what it is, categorize it, provide a short summary, find the estimated value (this needs work), and track it over time.

When selecting an item, this is what the detailed information looks like. It can be fine tuned by the user to make changes or update quantities.

The app learns your preferences from your collection. In the Shop tab, it can generate product suggestions to help you complete sets or discover items you might enjoy. For example, if you own volumes 1–4 of a manga, it may recommend volume 5.

All data is stored locally on the user's system. There is no account function yet but there is a way to export your collection and upload it if the data gets lost.

I will share updates from time to time on the progress of this project. For now, I am looking for input as to what features would be nice to have or changes you would make.
