Core One feet vs Paver
This is a question that comes up from time to time, but the threads I've seen never seem to really settle on a best practice.
I'm upgrading from a MK4s to a new Core One+ (fresh), and am thinking of printing one of the designs for underslung print sheet storage. This requires the printer to be raised up a bit on feet.
The question of what the best practice regarding vibration management plays into this... The two options would seem to be a paver (assuming the flat pack drawer unit I keep the printer on can handle the weight) and basic riser feet, or perhaps hula feet without a paver.
From what I understand, hula does a really good job of isolating the printer from whatever it's sitting on, at the cost of more vibration in the printer itself (which may or may not have minor costs on print quality, according to some sources)
The paver option just makes the inertial mass of the system sufficiently high that vibrations are damped. (At the cost of mass and concrete dust, apparently)
Is one option better than the other on balance? (Notwithstanding that I have to check the weight limit for the drawer unit)
