Season 2026 Changes

Talking about the Changes:

Top: It won't hit Jungle that much. The increased level cap won't be a problem in most games, and the extra XP won't matter too much while ganking, because if the enemy top is level 8 and you are level 6, your top should be level 8 too. We also don't know how hard the change will hit in the laning phase yet.

Jungle: A bit more damage and a bit more XP, why not? The jungle is strong already, and this will set it more even with other lanes than being OP on its own. Also, more damage on Smite means even better secures for Evelynn with the Smite+R combo.

Mid: This change probably will lead to either a more farm-heavy mid, because everyone will be back faster in lane after the faster recall and better boots, or it will lead to more roams by mid laners.

ADC: Ohh no, they have 6 real items now. This should be heavy late game or shouldn't be a big problem overall, even with the bonus gold. In the end, when we talk about ADCs, they are ADCs; if you are an Evelynn, you one-shot them regardless. ADCs will be better in team fights, but we want to kill the ADC when he walks alone. Also remember, our ADCs have the same changes.

Support: Okay, they can stack Control Wards. Guys, they bought them before, but now they can be fully built and have Control Wards in a late game. A good support had a control ward at every objective you want to fight over, especially against Evelynn. It won't change much for the early and mid game. In the lane, most had one too.

Overall we need to see at which minute the quests are usually archived. If it is after or near to the end of the laning phase, it won't change much for jungle.

I don't think Evelynn or the jungle is cooked now. The clear will be a bit slower in the early game, and ganks won't happen much in the early game due to that, I hope. This is good for Eve, because you can farm till 6, and your enemy won't have much impact yet. Maybe we see more 3-camp clears into ganks, which can lead to invades. Overall, Eve is always OP in the right hands; that is the thing she is balanced around.
