PDA on a plane

I sat next to a middle aged couple, and the husband kept aggressively rubbing his wife’s knee and inner thigh. It was pretty uncomfortable to be right next to, especially when his hand necessarily to her upper inner thigh. Nothing was inherently sexual. This was happening over the course of a 5 hour flight. What would you do here?

I left it alone but am curious what others would have done.
