Pls help me feel better about FF

This weekend was probably the worst I've had as a leader. Let alone today is just another layer of icing on the cake. I have no idea how I'm supposed to achieve over 120 standards and crush 7k opus each day. We have made it past this before with store support, but even with talks with the slower tms, and all store support we can't catch up. Leaving work feeling more defeated each day. Over 30k steps a day and still feeling like I need to drink when I get home so I come back the next day.
