Is it normal to be hyper interested in another ethnicity?

I'm brown/Indian descent and white people always fascinated me. Not in the way that I want to marry a white girl or that I wish I was white or even that I think they're better than me. They just seem so different and foreign and I find their way of life super interesting. Obviously not just someone that doesn't do anything but like a person that speaks super clean and someone who doesn't swear as much. Iknsuch a disgusting person but essentially anyone that reminds me of my elementary school teachers and shows me proof that not everyone is a scummy asshole just highly interests. Honestly it probably has nothing to do with race. Just anyone that can put on a smile everyday and be happy with their lives.
